TRAINEE LAWYER / ASSOCIATE

 

We are looking for a motivated trainee lawyer to strengthen our team and grow with our firm. 

Job description: 

As a trainee lawyer at Samir Baki Law Firm, you will be involved in various legal cases. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and in collaboration with experienced lawyers, where you can further develop your legal skills.

 

Job requirements:

  • Excellent motivation and passion for the legal profession.
  • Perfect command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of French and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or Berber is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexibly and take on responsibilities in various legal areas.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

Description

You are responsible for the administrative and organizational support of Mr. Samir Baki.
Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Following up and handling correspondence, typing, reception, mail distribution, filing, archiving files, creating new files, scanning and copying documents, invoicing, accounting, research.
  • Careful management of the agenda and following up on procedures and the agenda.
  • Drafting documents, revising and translating texts.
  • General administrative tasks.

Profile

  • You have obtained a bachelor's degree (such as in legal practice) or an equivalent level of experience.
  • You speak and write perfect Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English.
  • You can type without errors.
  • You are customer-friendly, professional, and punctual.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have the necessary maturity to bear ultimate responsibility.
  • You can work independently and comply with rules and agreements.
  • You have a learning ability.
  • You are accurate and proactive.
  • You are dynamic and ready to get your hands dirty.
  • You are smooth and communicative, yet also very discreet and reliable.
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible.

Offer

  • Permanent Job.
  • Contract of indefinite duration.
  • Part-time – 24.0 hours per week, to be performed in 3 or 4 days.
  • Day work.
