The Law Firm is located at the Gallifortlei 70 in Antwerpen (Antwerp), close to the Social Security CM in 2100 Deurne.

The lawyer will take action as soon as the down payment invoice is paid , except if Samir BAKI  agrees for immediate actions. The actions of the Samir BAKI Law Firm will be suspended until the down payment invoice is fully paid. The down payment or the provision invoice must be paid within 10 days after the signing of the mandate contract or after the receipt of the invoices for costs and fees or on request. If a shorter payment delay is convened the latter will be valid.

The consultation costs 75,00 EUR per hour (VAT inclusive). The consultation will normally last  half an hour.

The client or the principal must pay the down payment and the final invoice of costs and fees within tend ays of receipt of the invitation of payment. The lawyer may ask for a quicker payment if the rendered services make this necessary.
