LAWYER / MANAGER

Samir BAKI is the founder of the Law Firm Samir Baki Ltd. and started his lawyers career in 2007. During his activity as an independent lawyer, he also obtained a “Masters degree in Criminology at the State University of Ghent.

Samir BAKI works in almost every field of the Law, his intensive search of knowledge enables im to counsel his clients in a wide range of cases.

He is specialised in the Foreigners Law, the Family Law and the Criminal Law.  

He regularly also advises his clients in many other fields of the law. His services are used by private persons and by companies.

Samir Baki is an associated lawyer within the Samir Baki Law Firm.  

In 2018, he followed the post graduate programme of Custodian – Liquidator at the Catholic University of Leuven (Louvain).

Before that he already had followed the full course of Custodian at the Confocus Institute.  

Samir Baki is a corrector at the Bureau of Judicial Assistance for matters concerning the Foreigners Law, the Administrative Law and the Constitutional Law. He regularly participates in the Salduz – Permanencies and holds a Certificate of the Supreme Court of Appeal for Criminal Matters.

Samir Baki considers it important that the client’s problems find a swift and thorough solution in an adequate way. The services he renders are mindful and oriented towards the clients satisfaction. His approach of the cases is personal and he can be contacted rapidly.
